how to download CVE-2017-10269 from linux machine in OPC

hello,

I want to download patch RP023 for Tuxedo to fix vulnerability CVE-2017-10269.

I run this command:

wget https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Download/process_form/p27127290_122200_Linux-x86-64.zip.........

what is the patch_password ? I entered my Oracle Support password, but it does not work.
