Equipment Reference Unit Utilization is not allowing to plan if utilization is 100%

Hi All,

We are facing issue in planing, We have orders for which ERU count is 14 Mixed  Euro  pallets and equipment which is excepted to pick is also having Max limit of 14 mixed euro pallets.

In bulk planning shipment are getting build with other equipment where rate is higher and ERU capacity is 33 Mixed Euro Pallet.

We assumed that 100% ERU utilization is not allowing OTM build shipment and tried to increase ERU capacity in equipment to 15 and planned. OTM picked excepted  equipment and rates.

Later that we further narrowed the issue and increased ERU capacity in equipment from 14 to 14.00001 and planned the orders. OTM  picked excepted  equipment and rates.
