Server Manager 9.2:Unable to install web server agent

Hi,

I am unable to install an agent on the server manager with the following error at 86% completion of the installation:

"Problem while opening URL jar: http://DEPSERVER:9000/manage/scfagent/scfagent.jar?serviceId=SCFAGENT1!/. Reason: error in opening zip file"

Tried opening the URL, it asks for scfagent.jar file download.

Tools release we are working on is 9.2.1.0

The Installation log throws following error:

INFO: 11/29/17 20:54:50.532 Problem while opening URL jar:http://DEPSERVER:9000/manage/scfagent/scfagent.jar?serviceId=SCFAGENT1!/.  Reason: error in opening zip file

INFO: Exception thrown from action: ExpandRemoteJars
