ODA Upgrade From 12.1.2.11.0 to 12.1.2.12.0 fails w/Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOH" ; Pre-12.1.2.11

We are sharing with you the following new document:

  ODA Upgrade From 12.1.2.11.0 to 12.1.2.12.0 fails w/Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOH" ; Pre-12.1.2.11 to 12.1.2.12 is OK (Doc ID 2314763.1)

This problem does not hit every installation during the pre-patch upgrade but I know of a handful of installation which have

- The document provides the step by step process to manually rollback the conflicting patch which is a simple workaround


ALSO: Please note that the problem is not seen if you are upgrading from a pre-12.1.2.11 version such as 12.1.2.10, 12.1.2.9... 12.1.2.6.
