SM Console Install Issue

Hi Team,

I have installed the SM console earlier without any issue in the same machine, but now to try to fix some other issue I uninstalled everything any trying to install the same.

WLS version 12.2.1.2.0 which is supported for SM console 9.2.2.1.

I am getting the below error. The file in data/ contains 'The system cannot find the file .\data\py_out_ip1.dat.'

I have checked the prerequisites and all looks fine. Need help to check what I am missing here.
