OTM Location / Carrier Standing Appointments

OTM 6.4.1

I would like to understand Standing Appointments.  My scenario is as follows Dock Doors are setup and Standing Appointment exist for most all of our LTL carriers.   We plan on sending Pickup Time via EDI 204 to the carriers and EBS may consume the appointment time as well.  My issue is that the Start Time and Planned Arrival Time at Stop 1 does not match the Standing Appointment time.

Your help with Standing Appointments matching Shipment Start Date/Time and/or  Shipment Stop Planned Arrival  Date/Time at Stop or Pickup Appointment time would much  appreciated.
