Reset Transation to Pending button doesn't show up on Asset Management workcenter

On the Asset Management workcenter, we have links for Pre-interface lines in error and Interface lines in error. When we click on the Pre-interface lines in error, On the right ride it displays the list of all asset ids and interface ids. At the end ,Select All / Deselect All / Reset Transaction to Pending buttons are showing up. But on the Interface lines in error, it doesn't show up.

Security Admins/ SWAdmins are able to see the buttons on both the links, only the AM  users are not able to see it. Security seems to be intact. Are we missing any access??.
