Req/Voucher Approval Disappearing from Worklist

Hello,

I'm looking into an issue where a user stated that they are unable to access their req/voucher approvals from their worklist. They say they are able to access and approve the necessary items through the email link, but those items never show up in their worklist.

I did some testing on my own and was able to see a requisition approval in the user's worklist upon initial submission, but when I clicked into the approval (and did not approve or deny it, but simply clicked return to worklist), it had disappeared from my worklist. Usually the hyperlink just shows red and that it had already been clicked, but instead the approval is completely gone from the worklist.
