Dropping temporary tablespace with tempfile,but disk space is not released

First, Dropping temporary tablespace including tempfile , and I check ls command and df command on the directory.

but the space is the same before size. What happens on it?

Could you explain this situation and give me solution how to release the disk space ? and this is product system.

system infomation

Oracle version : 11.2.0.3 enterprise

OS : AIX 6.1
