BI Publisher RD output is not sent to the mail. The Error status shows as 'FD'

We are having issue with BI Publisher - Report Definition Email Delivery. We are using BIP for our JDE 9.2 version

The RD output which is configured to send mail is failing with Delivery Error as 'FD'. I have verified the email id. It is correct. We have verified the SMTP server with test mail which is also working fine.

JDE.ini setting looks fine. We are not able to find still why we are not able to get the mail.

I took BI Publisher Kernel logs. It says Xmlproxy.send Email(): Java.Lang.NullPointerException error. We are not able to find the cause of the issue. I have attached the log files with this thread.
