CZSessionCache BS to clear cache webservices

HI,

I found the document id 2145440.1 on support web which says that I can use CZSessionCache BS to clear cache webservices. However when I am calling this service as per this document, I don't see the cache is getting cleared.

Is this service still supported by Siebel? Is there any other way to clear cache without using UI?
