Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Preventive Maintenance SR is getting created for Expired contract. Contract has been expired on 15-sep-2016.

I have checked for the Eligible for Entitlement category for expired status and flag has not been checked for it.

Could you please help.
