Oracle R12.1.3 - No Test Available After Selecting The Application Under Application Diagnostics

Dear All,

We are not able to get Application Diagnostics Test after selecting the application. Two custom responsibilities (AP and AR related) assigned to application user already.

Please suggest me the way forward on above issue.
