How to disable life events

Hello -

In OAB - how does one turn off life events from triggering?

We will be converting a new population of associates into OAB and would like to turn off all life events to keep them from triggering on the new population.

I used to have a document on how that was done but cannot seem to find it.

Has anyone done this before?  And willing to share their knowledge?
