Apache Web server, File replication issue

Hi,

We have recently installed the Apache Web Server on Red Hat Linux. Login happens fine, but the file replication, which happens from Siebel Server to Web Server is happening for every user login. This is effecting the the use login and taking long time for the login.

It happens fine on the iPlanet Webserver. Anyone in the group faced this issue before and have any suggestions to resolve this issue. Many many thanks in advance.
