SAP Business Objects/Intelligence and Oracle 12c

Has anyone come across good information regarding SAP Business Objects BI Platform 4.2 recommended settings/configurations and Oracle 12.1.0.2? I have been having issues finding solid information for this online. We are having lag issues that then turn into CPU resource contention issues. We have CDB/PDB setup with 1 PDB being the CMS DB and 1 PDB being the main data DB. All of this is running with 4 vCPUs/threads on VMs. Any direction would be much appreciated.
