Error while executing RPM batches

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are using RPM 14.1.3 application version ,we are able to Login the RPM application with RETAIL.USER but ,while executing the RPM batch we are getting below error.

Caused by: java.lang.SecurityException: User: RETAL.USER, failed to be authenticated.
