Hi,

Do you publish APIs to integrate Oracle Support website with customers' identity solutions? This would help managing customer accounts efficiently.

Also, would avoid any unauthorized access as only authorized users would be able to access this.

For e.g. We hire a contractor to work on certain oracle product.

Our administrator will grant Oracle Customer CSI access on support site.

Now that contractor tenure ends and leaves after 6 months.

This access need to be cleaned on many IT systems, and also on Oracle support site.

Customers automate most of such actions by integrating IT systems with an IDMS system e.g. ADFS, IBM  or Oracle IDMS
