Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Friends !!

Please suggest on below:

I want to read 'Conversation History' folder of agent's mailbox, the way in vanilla we can read Inbox folder from mailbox.

Now to read any other folder apart from Inbox, I am looking for CTI Custom Communication Driver - Siebel Adaptive Communications API

I came to know, Oracle support use to provide 'scapi.h' for Siebel Adaptive Communications API configuration.

I don't have much idea about 'Siebel Adaptive Communications API', Does this API and approach is fit for my requirement?

Basically, my target is to read Skype communication history, so planning to read Outlook's 'Conversation History' folder of user
