How to Export data from ASO Cube which can be loaded to relational database.

I am trying to export data from ASO Cube , which is not all level zero. 

1.  Trying the MDX query ... can any one help me with some basic syntax to extract like level zero of a dimension , members of dimension , Idescendants of a dimension.

2.  Is there any other better way of exporting data from ASO Cube.
