Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 15.0.3.20 upgrade issue

Hello Experts,

We have recently upgrade lower env from 15.0.2.11 to 15.0.3.20 and we found we are not able to reshuffle axis on Fusion client(x,y,z ..etc)

It simply ask me to drag-drop but no action taken. I could not able to move hierarchies across causing show stopper.

Is there anything we are missing or is as per expected behaviour?
