Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC)

I am unable to obtain cumulative lead time for an item

We have 2 identical items both purchasable items.

We have added Processing and Post processing times for both of em and ran the 'Rollup Cumulative Lead Times'

But the Cumulative lead time for 1 item is calculated while other does not show anything after the request completed.

These items do not have any BOM or Routing and all the Inventory attributes are same.

Please advise.
