I am unable to obtain cumulative lead time for an item

We have 2 identical items both purchasable items.

We have added Processing and Post processing times for both of em and ran the 'Rollup Cumulative Lead Times'

But the Cumulative lead time for 1 item is calculated while other does not show anything after the request completed.

These items do not have any BOM or Routing and all the Inventory attributes are same.

Please advise.
