How to calculate planned Hours worked based on a Shift

Hello All

Current Situation:

Currently customer is not able to get from the system an accurate estimation of worked hours based on the employee's shift. At the moment the system indicates a unique value that applies to all employees indistinctly.

Nowadays the business has the shift information in an Excel file

Solution Description Required

My customer needs to identify how many hours work (per month) an employee in the different regions considering his shift (7x7, 14x7, 5x2, etc.). The calculation made for the system should be reconfigurable.

Expected Benefits

It is expecting to be able to obtain detailed information of the shift available and the worked average inquired by country.
