Using Hypertext in OPPM

In the OPPM Users guide under Creating or Editing a Category, the User's Guide states:

"4) In the Description field, enter a brief description of the new category. You can include

hypertext in the description."

Does anyone have a sample of using Hypertext in this field? I would like to add the text " Help ? " on the screen with an underlying URL pointer to documents I have uploaded to OPPM.

If there is a better way to add this field please feel free to also let me know
