Oracle Middleware fusion 11g. reports server is too slow

we are testing oracle 11g reports server performance, and we noticed that its performance is too slow, compared with the OAS 10g reports server.

in details, running the same report (about 650 pages), we got that the 10g server end the task in about 50 seconds, while the 11g reports server do the same task in almost 5 minutes!

we are trying to optimize the 11g reports performance, but we dont know how to configure it.

please can you help?

OAS is installed on a Windows 2008-R2 server
