Audit Table Field SERVICE_LEVEL_CODE is Missing

We are running EBS 12.1.3 and are in the process of turning on the Audit feature on the IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL table and noticed the Service_Level_Code is not available to audit on.  Anyone know why?
