How to use Block and Unit price, and also use group of lines

These are the requirements:

Qty 0 - 10  Sell price is $20 (for all items within this quantity/"block")

Qty 10 - 15  Sell price is $1 per unit

Qty 15 - 99999   Sell price is $.50 per unit

AND automatically update the price for items (Group of lines)

Created dynamic formula "Test formula":   List Price/Item Quantity

Loaded price list Line type = Price Break Header; Price Break Type = Point; Application Method = Unit Price

Price Breaks:

Value from 0 to 10; Price $20; Application Method = Unit Price; Dynamic Formula = "Test Formula"

Value from 10 to 15; Price $1; Application Method = Unit Price

Value from 15 to 99999; Price $.5; Application Method = Unit Price

Create modifier with level = Group of Lines; Modifier type = Price Break Header
