How to edit data models to include sample data?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new at this, and struggling a lot. Our consultants only partially implemented Oracle at my company, so our data models (if there are any ) don't have sample data saved. When I try to edit a data model to upload sample data, I get this page, and it says processing forever and never loads. Can someone please help me/guide me in the right direction? A screenshot is attached. I would be happy to provide more screenshots, as well.
