IP2017-How do you backup/retore Siebel Gateway Configuration?

In pre-IP2017 version of Siebel you can backup the Siebel Gateway with the srvrmgr command "backup namesrvr siebns_20171201.dat." .  To restore it you would shutdown the Siebel gateway and just copy the backup .dat file over top of siebns.dat.

How do you create a backup/restore point via srvrmgr with IP2017?
