IP2017-Is it possible to remove the word "siebel" from being in the URI?

With URL/URI being updated in IP2017 to following format:

https://hostname:[port]/siebel/app/[appname]/[lang]

Is it possible to remove and or change the word "siebel" in the URI without breaking everything, including future upgrades/patching?

Many of my customers are public sector, with public facing siebel websites, and will not want to have a vendor name/product in the URI.
