Latest Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel (UEK) 4.1.12-103.* Prevents Siebel Server And Other Application

Hi Guys,

anyone could guess / mine a root cause in this plainly issue?

Seems it happens not only after kernel upgrade, but also after gnome/X11 libs update to latest version too. At least I see it on OEL7.4/64 and OEL7.3/64

with Siebel 15.17 and Siebel 16.0. Upgrade of either only the kernel  or gnome/X11 libs (if server has GUI) causes issue as indicated in the Doc Id 2329824.1.:

siebsvc does not start siebmt*/siebproc* Siebel server component processes, "ps -ef" hangs forever atfter printing sever lines (last one is  "regss" -mainwin process),

new ssh sessions could not be opened, "list_server all" indicates that server is started, but "servermgr" cannot connect to server: reporting server handshake error (but can connect to gtwy),
