Interface Between WorkDay HCM and Oracle Financials

Hi,

Have anyone implemented Workday for HCM and maintaining Financials (Payables, Payments, GL, Fixed Assets) in Oracle ?

My understanding is that Oracle Financials product comes with shared HR, inorder to maintain employee and approval hierarchy.

We were using both Financials and HR system and everything ran fine so far. Now, we are moving our HR operations to Workday. However, we continue using Oracle for Financials.

Inorder to maintain the current state of business operations under financials, we are analyzing that

-> what level of HR information need to be interfaced back into Oracle

-> What should be the cadence ?

-> are there any standard APIs available ?
