Info about the xml tag detail in R12 IBY Payments

Hi,

Regarding the R12 payment program "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output".

Is there any reference guide or document to find list of xml tags and its respective detail?. We facing few issues with R12 payment, i just want to know how the xml tag capturing the value from oracle database.
