"Redo writes per sec" vs "LGWR Reqs per sec writes"

Hello Oracle community.
I have a question on which I was not able to find the proper answer.

The question is:

What is the difference between AWR statistic metrics
"Redo writes per sec" and "LGWR Reqs per sec writes" ?

Per AWR reports from our databases I see the next values for them -->

Redo Writes per sec            = 16.2

LGWR Write Reqs per sec  = 44.2

or from another one:
Redo Writes per sec                  = 129.5
LGWR Write Reqs per sec        = 432.3

So the differnce is around 3 times.

Can anybody explain the difference between them?
