When closing search form, the main form also getting closed

Hi Gurus,

I have one custom form in which I have added search form. Search form is working perfectly, however when click on 'X' to closed the search form main form is also getting closed.

On closing search form main form should be active and only search form should be closed.

Could you please help on this.
