Allocated tasks per process

Hello experts,

Below is our running tasks to processes ratio.

We have MinMTServer set to 10 for each eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu object manager.

Below is the monitoring output for this component.  Want to understand on Siebsrvr03 why 17 processes are being created for 143 tasks.

My assumption is for 143 tasks 10 processes should be sufficient.
