Automated process to remove fractional quanitities from inventory

Hi,

We have hundreds of item locations that contain fractional quantities (i.e .05 KG) remaining in them.  Is there a way to do a mass cleanup other than perhaps a cycle count to removed them?  We physically don't have them in inventory.

We are on tools / apps 9.1.
