Terminate R09130 before complete

We are on 9.1 apps 9.2.3.1 tools release. 

Can anyone advise what the results are when R09130 is terminated before completion?  Someone has executed the program with wide open data selection  - I am hesitant to terminate - but thinking, R09130 just needs to be reprocessed for accounts/companies effected.
