Peoplesoft 9.2 Expenses - Need to Highlight the current row in a scroll

We have moved from Peoplesoft expenses 9.1 to Expenses 9.2 as part of an upgrade. In 9.1 the Expense line was on a grid and the grid had an inherent property of highlighting the row in which the user clicks a field.

This makes the screen highlight the row and the user is aware of the row in which he is working on. However in Expenses 9.2 the expense line is on a scroll area and this feature is not available. Business requires a feature similar to what was available with the grid in Peoplesoft expense 9.1. Is there an option to have a similar feature with a scroll area.
