Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Problem with IE/ Chrome Web Browser in JDE Web (Media Objects)

Hi Mentors,

So i have some problems in DV & PY with my Browsers;

When i am logged in DV say for an Example, via Chrome All the Applications open correctly, menu Opens in a tree format correctly, BUT the media object is what i am not able to attach.
When i am logged in to IE any Applications wont show up, i just see the Header Description but nothing below. Hence i cant attach any Media Object Either.

I have attached the screen shot for reference. let me know any further Questions you may have.

We are on JDE 9.1
