Employee Data Purge/Archive Strategy

Hi, There is a requirement for deleting employee/payroll data from R12 applications(12.1.3) if is old enough for the given criteria. Is there a standard purge/archive process that oracle provides in order to perform such activities?

My Research: I found that there is a Purging Strategy for E-Business Suite (Doc ID 732713.1) document from oracle. But this document only talks about deleting the FND/workflow related data but not anything from a data perspective.

Any help on this is appreciated.
