EBusiness Tax Seed Data - Any Success with AU, NZ or UK?

in E-Business Tax (MOSC) Question

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has configured their EBTax for Australia, New Zealand, or United Kingdom by starting with the EBusiness Tax Seed Data as noted in the Oracle Document # 463001.1, and what lessons learned they could pass on.

Are there any strong reasons not to start with the Tax Seed Data?
