Unable to login workspace with an error "Authenticating user"

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501 and yesterday we faced an issue and received an error message "Authenticating user" once we entered the password. The issue got resolved once we restarted the services, but we would like to analyse the root cause  for the issue. Below are the additional information

-At the point of fail we have observed that planning serer got restarted and the foundation server wasn't. so did this cause the issue?

Fyi..below are the logs from foundation server.
