R12 Multi Organizaion Access required for period end responsibility
Hi Guys,
We have a requirement to create some new responsibilities which will assist in the period end process. There is to be 4 new responsibilities which will cover the following areas:
- GL
- Purchasing
- Payables
- Receivables
We would like to create 1 responsibility for each area but we need that one responsilibity to have access to the 4 different organizations in the system. We have 4 business groups who (as a business) act completey independetly from each other, the only thing they share is the EBS system and a shared IT team which helps manage activities such as month end. It's this team who needs access to all 4 org's in one responsibility.
