OTL : How to restrict back date updated time cards for Projects importing

Dear Gurus,

I have scenario below:

We want import only the time sheets from 1-Nov-2017 to 30-Nov-2017 to Project costing.I assigned below profile option for 35 days because i am in current date of 5-Dec-2017.

OTL: Number of past days for which retrieval considers changes (days) -35

I ran PRC: Transaction Import in Projects,still importing updated back dated time sheets for Sep-17,Oct-17 along with Nov-17.Why because they approved or updated time sheets for  Sep-17,Oct-17 in month of November-17.

Customer dont want other time sheets other than Nov-17.

Can you please help.
