How to clean up a failed grid infrastructure installation?

Hi,

I had a failed grid infrastructure 12.2 installation,  and I remove it by removing all the installation folders.

But when I try to re-install again, the installer prompts me the message

"INS-40404 Oracle Grid Infrastructure is already configured on the system".

I think I may have used the inappropriate method to remove the GI installation,

anyone know how can I clean up the failed installation and re-install the GI again?
