Using Direct Debit functionality in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials

We are implementing Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 with an Integration to Oracle Financials General Ledger.

We have a requirement to allow Students to opt to pay for their Fees, Accommodation etc by Direct Debit from UK Banks, or from Banks which support the IBAN code and SEPA file format.

Does anyone know if Oracle has any plans to deliver this functionality within the Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 stack.
