Row Security - Different Selections

Hello,

We are in E910 (Tools Release 9.1.3.1) and have enabled Exclusive Row Security. We have also enabled Row Security on LOTS field and also did Full Package/Egen successfully.

Business require a specific Role to have the following access

1. Should be able to update lot status FROM any value to a value "H", Allowed values to update is only H.

How can we use Row Security to meet this requirement? Appreciate your suggestions.
