XML Publisher Report is not returning any data

Hi,

I hope this is the right place for XML Publisher Report issues. I've developed a XML Publisher report and migrated to Production recently. It works fine in all the test environments but Its not returning any data in Production. When I execute the report query in TOAD its returning data. Nothing in log file/OPP Manager log. EBS version is R12 (12.1.3).  Please let me know if anyone has any clues.
