Siebel Installation on Windows Server 2012

Hi,

I have created Siebel Image using snic files. While running setup.exe for Siebel Enterprise server it was showing error as 'Setup can be run on Windows'. Then I have changed the compatibility of setup file to Windows XP(Service Pack 3) because windows server 2003 (service pack 1) was not available in the dropdown. After running the Setup.exe I  got the error as run 'The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag'. After that I started the console mode but run the command: E:\New_Siebel_Installation\Windows\8.1.1.0\Windows\Server\Siebel_Enterprise_Server\setup.exe -is:javaconsole
